I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health (who isn’t though lol) but it gotten to the point where I can’t stop having panic attacks and I went to the hospital today because I didn’t know what else to do. I’m not better but I’m trying and getting help. I just ask for your patience and grace while I’m trying to figure things out. Obviously you don’t need to stick around or anything but I didn’t want to leave you guys in the dark
