I haven’t been able to lift because I have an upper abdominal hernia that is unstable.I’ve been slowly increasing my efforts with caution. I have an appointment with my stomach surgeon on December 15th. I’M SO DAMN EXCITED FOR THAT!!!! I can’t have a tummy tuck nor 360 lipo as bad as I wanted to cheat and get it done. I’m happy that I was cleared for new boobs last year and I absolutely love them!!! My goal is to have a tight core by summer. This is something I have put aside for so long because it’s not easy. But I’m aware that nothing good comes easy and f’m finally free to devote more time to self investment. I have no where to go but UP. STATUS ERECTUS. That’s the destination. Thank you for enjoying my new chapter of life. It’s finally about me and I love knowing that you are watching me.
