It gives us hints to who people are or what they are thinking on their inside, by looking at their outside. And with cosplay, the fashion puts you in the mind of the character so much easier, making your make believe that much more fun. I also believe that fashion and cosplay doesn't have to be expensive. The most important quality to have is imagination. And that's free.
