Usually, when you workout your lower body, you need a mix of protein and carbs to refuel and replenish glycogen stores. Foods such as burgers were as effective as shakes and supplements in promoting muscle recovery after a workout. Next time, I’ll be sharing my cheat meals as well! 👅
