

13 Weeks of training done. going into the 14th. what a freaking ride. so much work got into this. i am now at the stage in my body recomposition where i dont lose weight anymore. i am turning fat into muscle and i look slimmer/less fluffy each week while staying the same weight. its weird for me to ignore the scale and just focus on the optics but i feel so strong already. i am also starting to do some crossfit atm and i fell in love with josie hamming :O one day i want to look like a mini version of her <3 i know those are no sexy pictures, but as stated this is a BTS account and i would also like to share more of whats going on in my mind which i dont really share everywhere!
