



I was so KO after ydays leg day, that i was even too tired to make this post haha. But hey, I survived my first leg workout with Laura. I will now workout 3 a week instead of two a week, to have a better split. one push, one pull and one leg day. Waking up today, i dont have a single muscle that doesnt hurt xD First picture is before and the others are after the training. i think this was the first time my bpm went to almost 190 ever. laura really pushed me :D Later today I have some old pictures from a photoshoot planned for you, that i think you will like :) have a beautiful start into ur day everybody!
