




I started working on myself again. Back in the gym and eating healthy. This time I have support by my friend Laura that helps me with writing eating and workout plans for me. Was really worried about tracking again, but feels really good. Been back for 2 Weeks now, I was thinking about sharing the whole thing on my usual socials, but i always get so much negativity when i share stuff like that.
