Added 2024-08-09 15:12:03 +0000 UTCI know I don’t get personal on here as much as I used to but I have some very sad news and I need your help. Many of you may know I’m originally from NJ and all of my extended family lives on the east coast. My sweet almost 82 year old grandma and my last living grandparent has just been diagnosed with dementia… after being diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this year as well as numerous other healthy issues and losing her husband (my step grandpa) last year. Needless to say but I really want to get back home to New Jersey to see her before anything happens. Flights are extremely expensive right now ($400+ for one way) and I’d need a rental car and place to stay while I’m there… I don’t do this often but any help is so so appreciated. My family is so so important to me and I know it would mean the world to my grandma ❤️
