The look is a bit vintage and demure: nude lace top, high waist satin panty, matching thigh high fishnets, and silky robe... The sensuality embodied? Anything but demure. As a matter of fact, I was going CRAZY thinking about one of my special babes doing filthy things to me! The curled toes, hair flip, and head thrown wayyyyy back are all courtesy of my wild desire. . This chair dance is actually meant for 3-12 women to perform together, but it easily modifies for a solo performer. I've also taught this at my workshops in the past, so it is an easy routine I'm very comfortable with. For that reason, the choreography can look less sharp, however, I think that sharpness looks best with three dancers! A more loose-bodied, languid quality came forth in the solo version. Knowing the cues and moves so well, I felt a lot of room in the song the bring more individuality this way. I gave it less perfection, more emotion and relaxed confidence. The final recording was so good, I almost don't want to even edit it with other angles! I really cant wait to debut it on Thursday night on VelvetRevue.com! .
