A 330 sq ft addition is being put on to the house for an actual "Egg Room" to do orders and wash eggs and such. 15 x 24 Room, all walls are non structural, inside a shed/barn, attached to the current house. Floor will be on wooden post "piers" 3 feet off the ground. Looking for Plans to be made (non engineer plans, this is all redneck 😂) Very fair compensation
