If anyone didn't know I'm a diabetic gainer, too much soda did me in:(. Was doing good for a bit then spent a week with sugar levels between 210~250 followed by a week of crippling migraines. So no gains only losses Scale currently sits at 373 My want to eat and take pics have been low but I'm hoping for a turn around in February.
