Added 2024-10-15 00:07:59 +0000 UTCWhere do I even start with this weekend? I spent all Saturday cleaning and rearranging the house, getting groceries, and canning my tomatoes before they go bad. I was up past midnight (and I usually go to bed by 9pm at the latest like the old lady I am) trying to finish the canning but I didn't. Then I was up early on Sunday to finish the canning and the cleaning and making Thanksgiving dinner. (Why did I agree to host it??) It was nice to have my family over and now I have leftovers for a few days and a clean house! But, boy, am I ever tired. I slept in today and then had a 4 hour nap around noon 😅😅😅 Still tired but feeling a bit better. I had planned to take pictures and videos of the process and the results but that never happened.
Anyway, all this to say that I'm sorry I've been a bit awol, but life will get back to normal once I'm all rested and recovered. Happy Thanksgiving!
