What is your daily fitness program and do you have a specific diet to help?

Piper:
I do a couple of hours gym each morning class or my own resistance/cardio, then yoga/pilates and a swim if I can fit that in. I love my time doing this ad it relaxes me so much. Love my dancing too!

Diet wise I just gets lots of grilled fish, leafy salads and the occasional steak. I love Japanese and Italian cuisines xx
