

Heyyy, u know I go to the gym, but today I wanna share what keeps me going and how I even started
Three years ago, I started just to lose weight. Worked out at home first, learned some basic moves, then joined a gym. Later, I got a trainer, and it helped so much. Learned the right way to do exercises and got way better at it. Now I train by myself ‘cause I know what I’m doing. And I actually like it.. who would’ve thought, lol
The best motivation is feeling good, staying healthy, and loving what I see in the mirror 😏
Working out helped me drop bad habits, feel less stressed, and just be in way better shape. Feeling so much better than before! 😍
