The straight arm plank🥴 As I said the other day I never train abs but I like challenges so I accepted the challenge😈💪 First attempt was only for 2-3 minutes but then I was told that someone did 7 minutes😅 Well I guess you guys can figure out what I had to do then😏😈💪 Notice the nice gas blue color of my hands and that’s only halfway🙈😂 It was damn hard tho with my body weight at 85 kg😅🥴 I hope to try again soon and see if I can do better next time🤩💪💪 What do you think I did?
