After the first chiropractic visit, I went back two days later and he did a major adjustment to my knees. Unfortunately I did not get any relief. 10 days later I stood up from a bent over position and both of my knees popped so loudly that it could be heard across my house. I suddenly had no pain in my knees for the first time since my car accident 5 1/2 years ago. I can get on my knees with no pain and my neck suddenly has full rotation. One hip is still very tight, but I am hoping that they can fix that with my next visit. I know I have people waiting for things from me. I havent had a chance to load my editing software, but the person I was hoping would edit for me had not gotten it done last time I checked, so I will check back in as soon as I can. Some of you know that although my dungeon is in Chicago, my actual home is in the far suburbs. My town has been racked by violence the last few days due to the shooting of an unarmed black man by a police officer and the ensuing protests and looting and burning. The protests yesterday passed the corner which is only two doors down from my house. These protests were peaceful. Unfortunately after nightfall the last two nights, looting, burning and violence ensued. Some of my friends here had their small businesses damaged downtown. A lot of the community has come together to help, but there are others set on destruction. The devastation starts less than a half mile from my house. These are places I shop at and although it will be inconvenient to me, it is absolutely devastating to all of the people who have worked so hard to build small businesses in the community. I do not equate the protesting with the looting. I support everyone's right to protest, but I am horrified that my town has been destroyed.
