I am having a mental and emotional breakdown and want to drink very badly. I won't. I share this with you so that others will know they are not alone and it happens to us all. We can have days and days in a row where we feel wonderful and have absolutely ZERO desire for alcohol and then BAM, that day sneaks up when we are just fed up with everything and so tired of the pain that we consider drinking just to escape reality for a little while. It never ends well. I have come to far to fuck it all up now, but I wanted you all to know I am feeling the way I'm feeling and I will beat it as I've done for the last 8 months.
