It has been a real struggle and one that I was starting to wonder if I'd ever pull through. Today, I said fuck everything and went out to my daughter's house and got some sun. Had some great conversation with her. Saw my two little babies. Cleaned her house and helped organize for her. And now? I feel amazing. The sun and helping her gave me the exact boost I needed.
