** SFW and NSFW Workout! ** It took me traveling through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered but I have managed to get ya'll a dress down workout video once more. I am planning on cleaning up my outdoor gym after the winter storms and such blew a bunch of hay everywhere, and once that's done I can start doing weighted dress down workouts again.
