** MONDAY MORNING AFFIRMATION SFW ** tips are appreciated but not required Attached a video to this one should ya'll want it (no make up, just vibing).. someone asked if they could see how it worked. It is my first time using the 3dio for this so please be patient while I navigate the surround sound style of it and also figure out what works and what doesn't for folks. Approach this like a meditation for night time. Curl up with blankets and pillows around you, imagine me lying behind you with my hands on either side of your head, gently running my fingers through your hair as I speak behind you.. periodically I lean down to brush my lips against your hear and run my finger tips over your shoulders - reminding you that it's going to be okay. <3 Drink water, stretch, and unclench your jaw this morning.
