



Stretching is always the highlight of my morning🧘♀️ I consider myself pretty lazy and most of the time I find it very difficult to get into a routine with the lifestyle I choose... but I try very hard every day to get to move my body and be engaged to some physical activities ! My favorite of all is stretching and light yoga because is something that I like to do as soon as i wake up 😴 A gentle cuddle in the morning to slowly wake up my body and my conscious 🧘♀️🙏
