Don't forget to check in. I thought we'd celebrate the end of week 1 with an easy break day. No edging!
Next week we're going to start with some harder instructions including picking the type of porn you have to watch and possibly longer edging sessions. Remember completely NNN by itself is an accomplishment so don't force yourself to complete the challenges if you think you'll fail or if it's affecting your mental health!
Day 8 instructions:
- No edging for the entire day
- Must watch this whole video
Day 8-15 Bonus task:
Go outside for at least 10 minutes (travel doesn't count)
