The reason we start training is to become flexible or strong or something more than we are. When I started I could not do handstands, could not do splits and many other poses. However, nearly 11 years later yes I can. It takes time but it is worth it. I am tired. I feel you. However, I am tired if I train and I am tired if I do not. At least this way when I train I achieve some goals and I also build more fitness in my body to be more capable in my everyday life. So remember the only thing stopping you is you. No one has it easy. But do you choose your excuses or regrets?
