I was living with my uncle in Seattle after I graduated college & drove cross county with my best friend for 2 weeks (amazing trip!!) from Florida to Seattle (grew up in Miami fyi). Drew was snowed in from a huge snowstorm in Philly. We chatted for months, I literally fell in love with him before seeing him irl. I needed to drive back to Florida so he took his first plane ride (he hates flying) to drive with me. Sounds crazy, right?! Yeah well, we had an amazing time (fucking across the US) and 3 kids later & 23 years married I’d say never turn down an opportunity when it presents itself to you.
