Recipe: 50g Fresh yeast 2.5dl/1cup Water 2.5dl/1cup Milk 2 tablespoons/1 ounce honey 100g/0.9stick butter (room temperature) 13dl/5.5cups Whole-wheat flour 2 teaspoons salt Warm the water and milk to fingerwarm, mix in the yeast Add honey, salt and flour, mix a bit to bind it Add the butter and knead it for maybe 10 minutes, until it's kind of smooth and doesn't stick to the bowl/table Let rest in the bowl, under a towel for 30 min take out, splitt into two loafs and put on baking sheets, let rest again for 30 min undet towels, and then into the oven on 200C/390F for 30-40 min
