The harness clips onto the bottom, which gives the bottom strap extra support so it functions sort of like a push up bra but for your butt! It’s great for circuit parties or gay pride events (not sure what else you would wear this for) because you can clip a pouch or small bag onto it to hold your cards, keys, cell phone.
