Normally it's a 50/50% situation with customs, but If I want to do a specific video I feel might sell well, or might be useful for marketing, I just ask Alice or Chris or Carol for help and they lend me a hand - and then I make them dinner, pay the uber, etc.
As I'm the one doing the marketing, edition, subtitles, ideas, etc - they ALWAYS try to convince me to take 70% of a custom or more - and I always refuse. As long as I can pay rent, I'm happy!
With Chloe is a bit different!
