I love to practise nude yoga❤️ Although I don't have much freedom in the home we are in now to practise nude, it is one of ways, as well as dancing & intuitive body movement, that has truly guided me to fall deeply in love with my body in all of her forms as a woman It allows you to see your body in different shapes, folds & textures as you flow, you appreciate your body for the ways in which it moves & is able to hold you, support you Self love is not always an easy journey but it is a fulfilling one I believe in starting with doing things that you love, that make you feel excited, that make you feel your healthiest, most vibrant self❤️ Some of my favorite things to do that make me feel in touch with my higher self, my most creative, energized & sensual self are: Yoga ~ mostly in the mornings but also evening stretches before bed are so relaxing Dancing & intuitive movement ~ put your favorite music on, close your eyes and allow your body to flow Drinking fresh herbal teas Walks in nature, being anywhere in nature, going on adventures, connecting & tuning into pachamama Eating fresh juicy fruits every day Self body massage & touch, breast massage Self pleasure ~ if you can get yourself a self pleasure toy that you resonate with then this is a powerful tool to explore your body with Being patient & understanding with my self, learn to hold space for your self Creating, allowing my creativity to flow always makes me feel good (find some creative expression you resonate with, painting, singing, inventing, crafting, photography...) Connecting with other women ~ women are cyclical beings, we go through phases each week, month & year, it's beautiful to remember you aren't alone in what you are going through as a woman when you connect with sisters (the same for men having relationships with a brother/s in which they can step into their masculine energy with, to be vulnerable with, to learn & grow from one another...) ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sending everyone so much love and beautiful abundance Raihne, xx
