After being on hold for like 20 minutes a man answers the phone and he asked to verify my name and date of birth, seems normal right? I tell him my name and date of birth of this mf goes “Verrrry goood” in a low deep ass voice 😂 YALL THE SUBMISSIVE IN ME WAS SPEECHLESS 😂😂 I know I shouldn’t have been turned on by that but holy shit this poor guy just trying to do his job 🤣🤣 Anyway got my card fixed! A+ customer service 😂
