Added 2024-01-01 11:54:27 +0000 UTC2023! Where did that year go?! Living in a new country, visiting new countries and moving house three times! It’s safe to say that a lot can happen in a year. It has been quite the experience, I am pleased to say that the vast majority of the year has been filled with positivity but like every body there have been stresses, problems and insecurities. In the first couple of months it was touch and go as to if I would survive staying in a new country, the culture shock was not to be unexpected but it just seemed that things were not really going all that smoothly. Whenever things didn’t appear to be going well I popped on a bikini, packed up my beach towel and hit the beach. Remembering the opportunity presented before me. I found acquaintances by going to places that had live music and joining a quiz evening. I’m completely rubbish at the quiz but surrounding myself with people that had made a similar move was a good way to acclimatise and to embrace what I was doing. Panama, Martinique and Sint Martin; the list of countries visited in ’23. All incredibly different but they were adventures which brought more memories that have very happily been shared with you all on @Travel-Lou (Head over to catch up on them, I have created a spectacular new year offer) These are only the beginnings, this coming year the plan is to pick a few countries in Central/South America. Still deciding which ones. Let me know your thoughts on destinations. During the last year, managing the emotions and stresses of relocating, continuing to share content and live stream on CB has proved very challenging at times but I could not have done it without the continued support and friendship from each of you. It has meant a lot to have so many of you in my corner throughout the year, making the tough times easier to manage. Distracting me with orgasms and giggles. It doesn’t take the end of a year to say thank you but it is a great opportunity to do it. My 6 to 12 month escapade is moving into a second year. Something I never thought would happen. Sitting in the UK right now trying to form some sort of plan for the future and honestly it is as much up in the air as ever. Where will I be this time next year, I do not know. That could be the UK, could be the current island or it could be some where completely new altogether. It would be fun if you’d join me, given my track record it’s certain to be an adventure. I saw a quote earlier and it fits ‘Build a life that you do not need a vacation from’ That may well be my 2024 approach, I got pretty close in 2023!
