As you'll see, I'm not a hardened cold water swimmer - I need to practice! I usually won't even go in the plunge pool after a sauna!
Please excuse the background noises - stills were being taken at the same time and there were quite a few people around, walking on the mountain, as well as driving past (not that I let that stop me!) Enjoy xx
