Added 2024-08-29 10:00:30 +0000 UTCBack in the 90's I was go-go dancing at a club in Hollywood and was approached by a photographer's assistant who said he worked for Jim French. I knew the name because he was the owner of my favorite porn studio back then, COLT Studios. He said Jim might be interested in taking some pics of me and we set up an appointment. At the time, I was selling equipment to hospitals for a VERY conservative company. I had done a few nude shoots, but always insisted on having my face hidden as I was not out at work. Plus the scandal of posing nude would be grounds for termination. It was a different time indeed! I met Jim at his house in the Hollywood Hills. A beautiful old home, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by huge trees and flowering bushes. He greeted me at the door and I was SO nervous, but he put me at ease with his friendliness. He was quick to get to business though and asked me to strip naked by his pool, get a boner and walk around for him. It felt awkward, but I was already laughing inside, as I knew my friends would get a kick out of the story ;). He had me pose and stroke while he took a few test shots. Digital cameras had not been invented yet and they used film that had to be developed and that took time. Several days later he called with the news that he wanted to do an official shoot for his magazine and calendars. Of course I was thrilled, but knew my career was at stake. I felt my gut say "This feels right, go for it!", and so I did. We ended up shooting three separate times together and it was a blast. I quit my job before any scandal and shifted to a career in health and fitness after that. I can't believe its been 30 years! A very fun and exciting memory from my 20's ✨❤️
