

Health update! This will sound crazy but you should log your mood/what you eat/do EVERY DAY! You know why? That’s how I realised I’m allergic to chilli. I finally understand why I can’t breathe almost everyday. Struggling to do anything. I LOVE spicy food! But I have to give it up now… 💔 I’ve been writing in a diary every day since 2017. Everything I eat and do just EVERYTHING. I have been cooking so much curry and stuff with chilli the past 3 months… it made me realise why my health has been HORRIBLE for 3 months. I am fucking allergic to chilli. Literally no one believed me when I said I couldn’t breathe. Not my friends, family and not doctors or even my therapist. Everyone kept saying “it’s anxiety”. I did so many tests and everything came back normal every time. But now I finally know the problem. I am so relieved!
