I had to get my back injected again and they were able to adjust my neck. I’m still in pain but at least I can feel like I can breath now. When it’s at its worst like this morning the pain wraps around towards my chest and it make it difficult to breath which then causes severe anxiety. A dog walker is walking Luna so I’m just going to meditate and take it easy. Love you guys! Thanks again!
