I took yesterday off for a mental health reset and ended up at a float tank facility! An hour away from tech and all other distractions to meditate in total darkness while kept afloat by 500 lbs of pharmaceutical grade epsom salt, was exactly what my busy brain needed. 🫠
Today I will be taking my mama to see a theatrical performance of Mama Mia for her birthday. Then I have to pack for a surprise trip somewhere with a surprise guest! This next week is going to be an exciting one, especially if you love GG content. 😉
