I’m talking to a lot of tense and depressed folks lately. The holidays are a complicated time for everyone, and our political climate is never conducive to good mental health.
We have to take time for ourselves to process everything that has been going on. Yoga is a good place to start. But if it’s not for you, you can meditate or hike in the woods or call an old friend and try to reconnect. Many different things can be soothing to us and get us out of our funk.
Your path to relief may not be the same as mine, but I hope that you will pursue yours. You are worth it. 💗
