One of the things I promote most with my platform is self-care. This life is soooo stressful. Absurdly so.
There are many paths to achieving a healthier body and by extension a more balanced mind.
You guys know how much I love exercise and movement of all varieties. The end result of that is soreness, which is a good thing because that leads to growth. Some people are sore from their lifestyle. Being hunched over at a desk all day isn’t good for anyone.
Whether you’re active or not, a nice, hot Epsom salt bath will soothe your body and mellow you out no matter what is happening in your life. You can listen to some soothing music, or maybe an interesting audiobook? Whatever helps your mind focus away from your stressors, go for that. And just sink into the relaxation.
