I started my weekend with a hot sweaty yoga class followed by a group breath work session! It was intense but so lovely to share that practice with some amazing humans.
Little fact about me: I prefer working out with a friend or in a group situation. I feed off of everyone’s energy and it pushes me through my workout. Plus the exhibitionist in me loves showing off. 🤫
