With all of the moving around I’ve done in Japan, I haven’t had consistent access to a gym, so home workouts have become a necessity. Today I followed an ab routine from this fitness dude I have followed for years, Jeff Cavalier. Then I did some HIIT body weight exercises from my favorite fitness chick, Zuzka. Those routines combined had me dripping sweat in no time! Highly recommend checking out their YT channels if you wanna try something new. 🤘
