Now that I have my voice back, I shall use it!
I find it eerily ironic that I went from the yoga retreat where I was doing yoga and breath work exercises almost all day, every day, breathing more deeply than I probably ever have in my entire life, to not being able to breathe at all from Covid, as soon as I left the retreat.
Times like these really makes one appreciate their health and other things like, the simple ability to speak and sing. ❤️
