To start my 30th lap around the sun in best possible way, I have chosen to spend my bday week at a *yoga retreat in Mexico* in deep, quiet contemplation, surrounded and protected by the healing powers of Madre Selva. 💦🌴

As you know, yoga has become an increasingly important part of my life. I’ve always been into yoga, and fitness in general, but recently my yoga practice has deepened into the realms of meditation and breath-work. In that space, is where I found the true mental health benefits start to emerge. 🌬️🤍

I’ve never been to a retreat before, and I want to solidify my newfound devotion to yoga as a permanent fixture in my life, and I see no better way to set that intention than to dive all the way in, head first!
