My body has transformed a lot over the years. Being a content creator, I am always acutely aware of my shape. Even though I love my vessel no matter what I am going through in life, I can confidently say that I always feel the best about myself when I am sticking to my healthy girl routine and doing the things that fulfill me.
I can admit, in hindsight, from the time I was in South America up until when I got to Canada, I had been over indulgent and I gained quite a bit of weight. It looked really good on my breasts and on my ass, but I did not love having the extra around my stomach. That’s just a personal preference. I feel better physically and emotionally when my body is a representation of my willpower.
Now I am sure there will be a period in my life where I will get heavy again, because that is just the nature of being a human; the ebb and flow of life is inevitable. But I will always have periods like this to look back on, and remember what I am capable of if I put my mind to something.
I loved my love handles when they were here and I will love my muscles when they are gone. At the core of it all is my soul which will always be bright and full of love. 🤗✨
