It’s okay to have cheat meals. It’s okay if you are stuck in a cycle of overeating, overworking, and being less active than you should be. There is nothing wrong with being off your game every now and then. I myself have indulged a bit too much these past few months. Desserts and drinks with friends are very tempting and I’m often weak to the prospect of a good time. 🤪 But never forget that the healthy and healing path is a much more rewarding one to walk in the long run. Always know that you CAN get back on the wagon any time you want. You can incorporate a little bit of movement today. You can eat a salad for lunch. You can say no to plans that you don’t truly have the energy for. A little bit of self care today will make you feel so much better tomorrow. Guaranteed or your money back. 😍
