This video is for anyone experiencing “burn out,” feelings of depression, a lack of motivation, or a general air of malaise. One way to begin coming out of that cycle, even if for a brief moment, is to groom yourself. It’s amazing what a hair cut, or removing overgrown body hair can do for your mindset. Have you ever seen that guy on YouTube who gives free hair cuts to homeless people on the street? When these poor souls go from full wiry beards and out of control hair doo’s and transform into a smooth face with neat locks, they are reminded of their best selves, who they were at their “peak.” I was in a bit of a funk a while back, and I let my body hair grow longer than it’s ever been. When I finally took it all off, I felt the weight of my mild depressive episode alleviate. It was a step toward healing. Regular exercise was the next step. 😇 I hope this video encourages you to do some “self care,” today. You deserve it, sweet thing. ❤️
