From my bedroom window I could watch schools of sea lions in the mornings! Such a unique experience. 🦭 I hope you make time for some physical activity today if you’re able! And if you are unable, at least take a few moments of peace and quiet to think about all the things you are grateful for in your life. I for one, am so very grateful for you.
