It’s been a while since I’ve posted workout content! 🏋️♀️ Sharing another heartfelt moment with you because I’ve been thinking about mental health so much lately. The last couple months I was feeling the weight of traveling constantly through Argentina, which is not very tourist friendly. Harsh people for the most part…I didn’t feel very welcomed. 🥺 Add all that to overworking and stressing about the constantly changing landscape for doing this work and the never good news for how human civilization is going, and it was a recipe for a mental health episode. If you’re struggling, I want you to know I love you and I stand in solidarity with you. None of us are okay with everything awful that is happening around us, nor the negative effects of so much screen time and unnatural lifestyles and environments. I’m sharing this video because it’s vulnerable, a current theme for my page this month. 😅 I don’t feel like I’m in optimal shape, because I was laying on the couch for weeks recuperating and cheating on my diet. But I think it’s important to show that we are human and we all get off track and when we do, we just need to get back on. ❤️ Put some music on, feel the good vibrations, and sweat. When you’re ready. Don’t rush your healing process but also don’t dwell in the suck. Nothing feels better than healing. 🖖
