I fell in love with them when I lived in Colorado, so I was over the moon happy when I learned that the condo I was at for the week had one too! 🥰🔥 It was totally private so clothing was not required, which is the traditional European way of using the sauna anyway. Sweating out all the icky toxins I was bathing in during a week in the mega city of Buenos Aires was exactly what I needed. I was actually a little sick in this video, but the sauna played a major role in reliving my ailments. Through this healing practice, copious amounts of herbal tea, and daily doses of sunshine, I am back to feeling 100% Health is so precious, but you do have to earn it. 🤍
