

My New Year’s resolution was to work on my health and fitness and I’ve been slacking big time! I’m going to start posting my progress as a way to keep myself accountable. So this is my first check in.
This week I went from 223lbs to 218 which is 5lbs down. I’ve been focused on eating more protein, less carbs but also increasing my fruits and veggies. I worked out 2x this week but really want to do 3x a week at minimum so hopefully I’ll be a bit better about the gym this coming week. I’ll do another check in next Wednesday ☺️ Thank you for being here and helping keep me accountable for my progress! ❤️ I don’t have an exact end goal yet, I’ll know it when I feel it. I just want to have more energy and better habits. ✌🏽
