

Compression on the Ischial Tuberosity. Applying pressure on the point where a muscle/tendon anchors to a bone, also known as its origin or insertion, causes the muscle to relax. So applying pressure to the Ischial Tuberosity, or “sit bones” triggers the Hamstrings to let go. The giver focuses on using his body weight to provide the pressure. 👐
