Side note for anyone interested, I’ve always been into bodybuilding style lifting with a bro split but I’ve been struggling with motivation lately (which leads to lack of consistency). So I decided to switch it up and I’m doing an upper lower split with a heavy emphasis on lower. I wrote my workout plan and I added it to this post cuz I just felt like sharing! Starting today, we’ll see how it goes!!
I like lifting heavy as fuck so spreading my volume over multiple days might be just what I need. And I’m excited to see what kinda gains can be made by hitting glutes so frequently with a variety of rep ranges. I’ve made crazy gains before doing the typical body part split but that was before Covid and sometimes you just need something new to make you excited about it again. Obviously you guys will be the first to see my gains over the next couple months too so stay tuned!!
